Giant clam spawned!

Last night Christy and I saw the big (10"+) derasa clam in our tank spawning. It blew several times in a ~5 minute period, and the fish were going nuts. First time I've watched this happen, but unfortunatly, I didn't get any pics.

LMAO hey jeff no water change!

Well, I assumed it was over after the first "burst", so I didn't bother to grab the camera. Besides, the sides needed to be wiped first, and I knew I didn't have time for that. :D

I didn't do a water change or anything. As far as I'm concerned, it was a source of food for the fish and corals.
