Actually that's not true. Many years ago I saw several gigs that had the white striping normally associated with haddoni. They all came in together in the same shipment. I haven't seen any since though.

That being said, the mouth seems to be very haddoni-like, but the tentacles appear to be more like a gig. I'm afraid I would need a close up of the tentacles and a picture under the "skirt".

Yes, I agree with this. I've noticed that some new or stressed Haddonis will have gig-like tentacles that eventually become shorter once an anemone starts to settle in.
