Gigantea placement

I should be placing the rocks in my new 90g cube this weekend. The tank will eventually be a Gigantea species tank, a pair of Percs and a few other fish. I plan to let the tank season for several months before adding the anemone (late spring or early summer).

My question is, do Gigantea's prefer to wedge their foot between the sand and rocks like a Haddoni or do they prefer to attach to rock? This will determine my aquascaping plans.

Yes, to both. The ones that I had/have that have done the best have put their foot in a rock crevice and spread their disk out over the rocks. However, I have seen several successful gigantea keepers who's anemones live in the rock/sand interface.
