my nemo has parasites in its gills. I cant catch him. My tank got ick from him. I treated ick with kick-ick and it went away but he still has parasites in his gills....is this going to sprread What do I do? please help I am leaving for vacation in 2 days what can I do to fix this?

What are the fish's symptoms? Heavy breathing I'm guessing? Could be several causes other than parasites.
