Awesome QT system. I really like the fact that you can dedicate the bottom and middle rows for smaller fish, and then the top one for tangs, angels, rabbitfish etc. Are all new inverts including mobile inverts going into the Coral QT? JW because if you plan on doing hypo or copper based medicines (which there wouldn't be a point in a QT system if you didn't) they wouldnt like that too much I'd think
But I'm sure that is a moot point and that you already know this and thus the reason for having all three systems separate. I can't wait to see the aquascape and seeing water in the tank. I forgot what you plan on using for circulation in the DT? Wasn't it vortechs?

Thanks for the kind words. I'm not planning on QT'ing the fish with the inverts at the same time. I'll also stay away from copper based med's. I really am interested in using chloroquine phosphate for cryptocaryon, brooklynella, uronema, & amyloodinium. I highly recommend The Marine Health & Feeding Handbook by Bob Goemans and Lance Ichinotsubo.
Since this is a slow build, new products come out all the time. The new vortech M60's would really give me some nice flow in the tank. Jake Adam's had recommended using 4 on the back wall. I'll see how it works when I get to that point...which hopefully will be soon.

Your whole setup there is looking pretty awesome. I'm kinda jealous of your whole sump, QT system you've got going on there.

I had a few days off this week, so I got a chance to finish plumbing the frag tank.
Gen gave a little elbow grease to the 45 gal eco-system sump I got from Max at Aquarium Showroom. It gives me about 15 more gallons than the old one, not to mention more room for the skimmer and I can throw some live rock in the in let chamber.

I also got a chance to start plumbing the Main Display. I'm using a Sequence Hammerhead as my return and it sits on some neoprene pads I got from BRS. From there I'm tee'd off for a future Deltec Eco Cooler, check valve, 3/4" tee for H&S A250 skimmer, 1/2" tee for BRS jumbor reactor. Other possible additions will be a Avast Swabbie, Davey Jones locker (for skim mate), & I'm looking into their large media reactor (bio pellets ?).
