GIRS will be holding is annual frag auction the 21st of April. The location of this event will be the Elk Run City Hall. The auction will star at NOON so if your selling or attending please be on time as we will not wait. The format will be as followed:
This year we will be changing the auction format up abit, as in previous years we will be using the silent auction.Each seller will be given an area, he or she may place three items for the live auction and as many items as so desired for the silent auction.
In addition to the silent auction sellers will be given the chance to live auction three items. In previous years there have been serveral complains of people writing bids after the sales have closed, this will not be tolorated, if your caught doing this your bid will be taken off the item.
This event will be open to EVERYONE club member or not, please take note this is a club event and ONLY club members can sell items, if your not a club member and would like to pay dues that day you will be allowed to sell.
