Give me a idea of what to put in my media reactor

I have 2 media reactors and im running one as a fluidized sand bed filter.And the other i don't know what to used i thought about a po4 remover but i don't want to drop it to fast as i keep all acros.Was kinda of thinking of rubble or zeo media. Any ideas anyone.
