Glass Cages half price tank sale March 12

Who all is going tomorrow?

I'll be there as soon as they open. :D I can see fights breaking out over terrariums tomorrow with the frog folks... Maybe over a few aquariums, too.

(Outlet Store Open Sat 10am - 4pm CST)

this is the info I found on the website
http://www.glasscages.com/?sAction=OutletStore

The Glasscages.com LLC Outlet Store will be open on one Saturday per month as posted on the delivery schedule.

Initially over 100 aquariums and terrariums of all sizes and designs that have been collected over several years will be available. These items are priced at 50% off website pricing ( tank + options ). This collection consists many of rimless - reef ready aquariums and unusual terrariums. Size varies from small to large reef ready 470 gallon tank. These will only be sold and picked up at our store ( no shipping on our trucks or common carrier). These are all new tanks. All sales are final. Tn sales tax will be added. Price will be posted on the tanks and is firm. If looking for big tanks, bring help to load.

Customers wishing to pick up preordered tanks and glass can do so on these Saturdays. This will make it easier for some customers to pick up tanks since we haven't been open on Saturdays previously.

We will have regular tanks - wood - bulkheads - glass - etc available also at standard prices.

It is best to call for information prior to coming. Please see the contacts us page.
It is necessary to call if you want to pick up a preordered tank or regularly priced large tank.

I am going......I will be interested to hear what everybody scored. They have a kickbutt rimless tank that is 48x18x24 for like 216.50!!!!!

I just wished I had room for it!

It was neat. They had a lot of 24x24 tanks, which is coincidentally the same size as what my new stand will be, but I resisted... for now. :)

Some amazing prices there, for sure. They had a 180g for about $300. Most of the big stuff was back in the shop. They had a list up front, though.

I was a little disappointed, but only in that they didn't have many smaller tanks. Not their fault, really, just the way it was. I was hoping to find a 15 or 20 tall or something along those lines. :)

Maybe next month... heh...

Sorry you couldn't find what you needed exactly, but i was excited and snagged a rimless frag tank for swaps and a seahorse style tank. I got both for under 180.

Ah, its all good. I was glad to see so many 24x24 tanks... I'll probably grab one of those next time or maybe the one after that. :)

Which tanks did you get? Pics are required. :D

I will post pics after they are unloaded but I got a 24.5x23.5x8 frag tank
and 24x18x25 eurobraced with a bulkhead hole drilled in the bottom.

There is another one on Saturday that I MIGHT go to, its a long haul though, so sort of risky that it would be a wasted 10+ hour drive for me! Might see if anyone is looking for anything up in the Indiana area so my trip could be dual purpose...
How was the event - bunch of tanks laying around and people running wild to pick them up?

I thought i heard a friend that went say they now have a list of tank sizes on their Website that are avaiable?

When I was there, they had quite a few rimless tanks and a few large tanks. I don't think there was enough to justify driving 10 hours for unless you know they have what you're looking for.

The next one is May 7th. Anyone going?

I'd like to get the 60g rimless starphire cube they have, but I HATE the overflow that's on it and I'm not 100% sure I'd be able to retrofit a Glass Holes overflow onto it or not. Hmmm....
