Glass near the south west side.

Hello all,

I am looking for glass for baffles near the parma strongsville area. Has anybody got some and about how expensive was it? Did you get it pre-cut? Where did you get it. Thanks alot. Scott

you can try lowes if you cant find anyone else.... I believe they will cut glass at least at some stores and they should have some thick enough for baffles i would think

Last time I was in there working on Jenn's tank they had 1/16" and could order 1/8" I would like 1/4 if I can. Thanks for the idea. I found a place in brunswick that I could get it from, but they are never open when I am home. I swear I will get this tank online someday soon. I have had since what March?

I am but not for the 120, It is going to be used with the prop system. I was given a 40g. breeder that fits in nicely.

Looking for the same thing. Anyone find a place that will cut 1/4" glass? Lowes just has 1/8" and with sand and LR in my fuge I'd prefer something more sturdy.

I used yellowpages for glass and found a place 5mins from my work, $24 for 4 pieces for my 55g sump. They are in Mentor not sure how close that is to you but I can get you the number if you want it.

Just search for a local glass shop that will do it. You might need to call a few to get a good price but I got a similar price to above poster doing the same thing he did.

The place I worked with was EXTREAMLY nice, I had given them the wrong mesurment the first time and hand to bring the pieces back and have 1/4" ground off each piece. Lowes wouldn't have the equipment to to do that nor would they do it for free! Sometimes its better to work with the small bis rather then the big.
