Which area of the city do you live in?

I live in Youngstown Ohio but will travel as far as Cleveland Ohio to as far East as Pittsburgh PA.

I got a few pieces of glass cut at a place called Rusch Glass in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh, but I'm sure there are similar places much closer to you.

I'd suggest looking on Google Maps and searching near your address for "glass" and calling/asking if they sell the type of glass that you are looking for.
