why not just buy some acrylic from home depot, cut it on a table saw, and silicone it into the sump? you could get all that done for about $50 if that.
Go to Wally-world, buy a dremel(you can get away with the cheapest one, but the variable speed is sweet), get the two piece diamond bit set, and cut your own. It's a lot easier than I thought it would be. I had Lowes cut the glass to size and then baffled it myself. The only thing about Lowes is my local one only has really thin glass. Ace hardware has thicker glass available and will cut to size also. So....good luck, I enjoyed making mine and was happy how it turned out (although my next one would be slightly different, of course

If you are using a glass tank for the sump then there is a huge difference. The glass can be siliconed to the tank and it is as good as the seams on the tank itself. If you use acrylic it will flex much more unless you go with a very thick piece. The silicone does not adhere well to acrylic and if it does the acrylic could flex and pull away at the seams.
If you are using an acrylic tank then just use some solvent and glue your acrylic baffles in place and you are all set. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone using glass baffles in an acrylic tank.
It might be tim, you would probably know that one better. It is a glass place on 43 north of 303 small joint. I went there to get a quote for mine and they were closed. I ended up going acrylic baffles w/ acrylic sump.
