Glass Shrimp Breeding (Palaemonetes Pugio)

Has anyone done this? Do they have any special requirements?

They've been breeding in my tank, but no fry survive... so I'm thinking of converting a quarantine into a breeding tank.

Maybe follow the standards for freshwater ghost shrimp breeding? I think the larvae eat rotifers, or maybe microalgae, possibly they might be big enough to eat NHBBS. Perhaps akin to peppermint shrimp breeding?
