is bsi ic-gel a glue that i can use underwater or do i hav to glue things out of the water...?????????????

I'm not familiar with that glue, is it a brand name? If it's cyanoacrylate based "super glue", yes, you can, but it wil form a skin as soon as it comes in contact with the water, so you'll have to wiggle whatever you're glueing together around a little to get a good bond. If it's some other glue, give us some more info about it.

its a red and white box....the company is called BSI, the name is INSTA-CURE IC-GEL made with Ethyl Cyanoacrylate Gel

I used it before, I recommend you glue the frags outside of the water. Tap the base of the coral and the frag mount with a paper towel to remove the water (Can be moist but not dripping wet) aply a small drop of glue and hold them together for 60 seconds, let tham stand for another minute then you can put them back in the water.

IC-gel is real easy to use, just glue, place in tank, hold 10 seconds and your fine, thats all.
