Gobies in a bare bottom?

Anyone know if a Yellow-Watchman Goby would do okay in a 28g bare-bottom. It would be my last fish, and would be added to a tank with a flame hawkfish, purple pseudochromis, and 1 true percula clown. Also have a variety of LPS and softies.

I do bi-weekly 5g water changes (20%) and run a tunze 9002 protein skimmer.

Thanks guys

YWG prefer sand and rubble bottoms and living in a symbiotic relationship with pistol shrimp.
A bare bottom tank would not be good for them.

Ok guys, thanks. Any suggestions for a 4 fish that would be compatible? Or you think I'm maxed out?

I would give the poor clown a partner - it definitely feels lonely.

Otherwise there are plenty of small fish that will do fine without gravel.

You think so? I sort of rescued this clown from LFS. About a year ago, I saw him not looking too hot, he was in a tank with about 20 yellow tail damsels and it seemed he was being bullied. I got him out of there and he has grown and been doing great ever since. I do think sometimes it would be nice to give him a partner. Do any of you guys think adding a second clown could back fire? Right now I have a true percula, could I safely add a designer clown such as a snowflake or something along those lines to pair? I have heard horror stories of adding to a clown pair later on and causing world war 3. Don't want that to happen.
