Gobies/Pistol Shrimp - 2 sets in a 40?

Can I get 2 pairs?

I have a little hi-fin red banded and his randalls.

I got a pink bar goby and now he's over in the same area with them. I'm worried about this, I just got the pinkbar 2 days ago and now I'm concerned that they aren't going to get along since the pinkbar went straight for the occupied area.

I've had a pinkbar before, 1 got out somehow and one died when I had a tank crash. I loved them so I got another one.

They all go for the same area of the tank. no one wants to occupy the right side, seems weird to me!

So, would another pistol shrimp be ok?

It's a 40 breeder tank.

All I can say is 'good luck.'
They may get along.
Or not. I've personally sworn off pistols after mine did in his ywg partner. I liked that fish a lot.

They can kill their goby. Also pretty much any other fish that sleeps on the bottom, in the sand, on the rockwork. Saying this, I have a combo. I think they're neat to watch but unfortunately I rarely see my shrimp. The only way I know he is still in there is that I can see him burrowing under the rock wall through the bottom of the tank sometimes.
