Gobiodon okinawae info for new tank

Just started my new 15G tank, i would really like to get 3 fish in the tank.
One of them is Gobiodon okinawae, not sure about the other

Gobiodon okinawae would be the smaller, should i get him in tank as first fish?

I know that this fish has a poison protection, it is toxic for us in case we get touch from the fish?

Does it jump out off tank?

thanks, i know that this fish secretes a toxin from the skin but can't find if it could be dangerous for humans

They're great little fish. For me, fearless, almost always visible. They can be kept in pairs. Even heard of multiples doing well if added together, but double check that if it's something you might do. They are happiest when having a coral to perch on. Even if you don't have acros, they'll appreciate a monti or pavona for example.

I've never seen your typical nano fish bother one. I believe their slime coat is said to be only slightly toxic, making them unappetizing to predetors. They should be no problems to people. Good choice for a 15.

Great little fish .. Had a mating pair for a long time in a 66gallon open top and never jumped! Then again the ones that did jump were always swimmers, never perching fish and usually did so because of being chased by ' close to spawning' female clownfish .
None of the clown gobies were ever an issue with the female clown.

i would like to add 3 small fish in my tank
i like a lot goby but don't want fish that mess with my send bed even if is not a DSB

one of 3 fish is for sure okinawae

on the other 2 fish I'm not sure yet

i would like one of this:

Ecsenius midas - really hard to find
Nemateleotris decora
Tail Spot Blenny or similar as long as it doesn't mess with the sand

and something that is small but swims, a clown? but i'm not sure is really my best bet
i would like a nice and smart fish

That purple fire fish will jump!! So will that Midas Blenny lol!

Never mind that I'm totally biased on gobies ... Stonogobiops will move around but won't mess up your sand bed like sand sifters.
Also jawfish are very cool though you may have to add larger crushed coral fro them.
Or once your aquarium is well established you could add a Hector's goby very nice fish.
Clownfish are smart even if it will probably end up claiming territory, it's a relatively safe choice of course sticking to the smaller less aggressive species.
Neon gobies, red head gobies, and if your aquarium is on the cooler side Catalina gobies are beautiful !
Then like the rest of us you'll get a 90g and a 200g!!![emoji12]
