For some reasons, I love them. I was wondering if I can have several variaties of gobies and blennies. Will there be any problem with these?

Thanks

You're mostly OK so long as the tank is large enough to accommodate everyone. Gobies/blennies sometimes have "personal space" issues with other gobies/blennies. Most gobies also like to jump, so make sure the top is secure.

You should be fine with multiple gobies. I wouldn't try adding more than 1 or maybe an actual pair of blennies. If you have a big tank you might get away with it but I wouldn't do it in a smaller system.

3 Blennies, and 5 Gobies here. Choose wisely, and you'll be fine.
Starry, Tailspot, and Midas Blennies.
Tiger Watchman, Orange Spotted, Rainford, Hectors, Hi-Fin Red Banded Gobies.

just make sure they each have enough space. i'd also try to get species that are not too similar. maybe a clown goby and a neon goby as opposed to one yellow clown and one green clown. now these aren't necassarally what you had in mind but you see the point...right?

Do they actually eat up all the pods and life in the sand? I heard someone mentioned they might do so.

Not that I've noticed, plenty of pods around.

Thanks John,

That's good. I was also under the impression that they would move and dig sands around. Has it been your experience where your sand basically uneven because of that?

Also, did you quarantine your goby? I'll have bare bottom QT, and I was thinking to have a bown of sand there.
