I am setting up a New Nano tank and I am looking to get a couple fish. Just wanted to know if a Green Clown Goby and a Yellow Watchman Goby would fight. They seem to have to completely different body shapes and color.

neither of these fish will bother anything. I have had multiple clown gobies in the same small tank and they didn't even fight each other. the watchmen wont venture far enough from its burrow to fight anything if it was a fighter which its not.
Watchmen gobies will often have comic "fights" with grammas and pseudochromis, I've seen this happen in a 15g nano I had once. Never any harm done, but it was certainly entertaining to watch them display jaws.
