Going hermitless

I think I'm going to try to go hermitless. All they do is park it on my acros and irritate them. Anyone else going hermitless? If so, what are you using for cleanup?

have not had hermits for over a year (but I have a nano too) I have 3 different types of snails.

I have gone hermitless for a long time. I just have astrea's. only 3 or so in my 75.

Have your tried zebra's they are great when they are small they stay out of the way durring the day and dont seem to bother any acropora

My hermit numbers are dropping and I will not be getting more, I just keep astreas now and not that many either. My BB doesn't require a large clean-up crew. HTH.

No hermits for me! My cleanup crew consists of 2 conch snails, 3 turbo snails (+ lots of babies), 4 large nassarius snails, a sand cuke, a skunk cleaner shrimp and a lawnmower blenny in a 72 gallon. Will be upping the numbers of those upon transfer to my 125 next week.

I have very few hermits, and will probably be removing them as well.

I currently have Astreas, Nassarius, and Trochus snails.
