Hey everyone I just wanted to share with you all that next week I am taking a trip to Washington D.C. to visit the Smithsonian Museums. While I'm there I will also be going to the National Aquarium!!! http://www.nationalaquarium.org/index.html

I am so excited as this is something I have been wanting to do for a long long time. I'll admit that I am a bit nervous to be riding the metro as this will be the first time for me on a subway system. If you don't ever hear from me again please come looking for me on the subways in D.C. :)

Jeff if you happen to see this I'm not getting you a t shirt :D

What about me???:D Don't worry the Metro is easy as I remember it. I got to use it several times back when my brother lived in Laurel, Md. Enjoy DC!

Well the National Aquarium is very lame... Its not much bigger than a fish store and I'm not kidding. If you're ever in D.C. do not waste your time and $10. Pictures didn't turn out very well since it was so dark but I'll upload them when I get home.

I had an extremely hard time even finding the place, it turned up in the basement of the J. Edgar Hoover Building. There was construction all around the building and only one small sign for the entrance. The only way I ended up finding it was I heard someone walking by me say they will meet someone there so I followed him :D That was after walking over an hour in search of the stupid thing.

Sorry to hear about that, I've never really heard too much about the "National Aquarium". If you want to see a good one, Newport is fairly close and best of all the Hofbräuhaus is across the street! Hope the rest of the trip was good!
Tim
