Going To Hilton Head Island

Me and my family are going to Hilton Head Island, SC during July. Im a teenager and this is going to be my first time out of the midwest so i want to go Snorkeling some where that would be good for a beginer. I was looking on google but wasnt finding anything. Some help would be nice, keep in mind this will be my first time thanks.

The visibility there isn't great for snorkeling... I'm not sure there are any good spots..

Yeah, the water is way too murky there. If you want to snorkel, probably the closest place with clear water would be in the Gulf of Mexico, around Destin Florida. Visibility is great, down to about 25 feet.

Well im only a teenager this just a family vacation

Unfortunately, all of those inshore islands from north Florida to South Carolina have muddy bottoms and murky water conditions. There are sea turtles laying at night this time of year though, and there is an abundance of land reptiles. Lots of golfing, if you like to wear funny clothes and hit an innocent white ball.

Ya i no were planning on playing golf out there minus the funny clothes LOL
