I heard that all four stores (Ocean Connection, Reef Shopped, CF and ABC) have their unique strengths and weaknesses, may I ask what are they? What would be my plan of attack be, in terms of which stores to visit first and so on, if I'm coming from Syracuse so that the trip will be the most efficient?

TRS has a great selection of coral but are limeted on fish, CF has more fish but still a good selection of corals,i went to abc aquarium once, about a month ago, the wer'nt fully stocked, hopefully because the just moved.TRS is in the back and can be tricky to find,(i missed it the first time). CF also carrys a lot more dry goods than the others

I'd hit ABC, then CF, then TRS in that order. Then if you see something but you're not sure if you want it, you can grab it on the way home. CF and TRS are less than 5 minutes apart.
Yep and ABC is a touch to the south which you'll pass coming from the east.
Do I have to go out of the way to visit ABC?
It's about 10 minutes off 490 I believe.

Haven't been to ABC in a month or two but I've heard they are moving right along with their setup. The Reef Shoppe is really close to CF so if you're coming out to go to 1 you might as well hit the other.
All others were spot on with assessments. ABC is like 10 minutes off 490 which you can hit before or after the other 2. When going to the Reef Shoppe you will likely see a sign for it, but its down a small hill in between 2 buildings. Drive around back and the entrance is back there. Definitely easier to find when its light out.

Im unfamiliar with Rochester, but roughly how far is ABC away from RS/CF?
20-25 minutes maybe?

I'd say about 20-25 minutes. Mostly highway but only about 10 minutes out of your way on side streets because you go right by it when your on 490.
