going to the bay tomorrow. any good stores???

im going to richmond tomorrow and possibly crossing to SF. anyone know of any good SW stores out there???? i'm going to be looking for a pair of black clowns and some other fishes... and pick up some LR to finish off my tank. Thanks for any info guys/gals.

In Alameda there is New Alameda Aquatics and in Concord there is All About Fish.

It depends on what you are in the market for of course. I heard mermaid was a really good store and Lucky Goldfish?.....check the BAR forum and website for a detailed list.....I suggest telling them on that forum EXACTLY what you are looking for and I am sure they can point you in the right direction.

Personaly I think one of the best stores in Northern Ca is Atlantis...but they specialize in the higher end SPS for the most part.....but if you want to see some AMAZING colors and see just how expensive stuff can get I would say stop in there. I spend over $200 last time for ohhh, about an 1.5 inches total of colored sticks. As you can see I am a fan of that place, because I love the bright colors and combinations of SPS that they have.......people from the east coast would love to live this close to that store......

they have a little bit of everything. if you like something in their display, they'll make a frag of it for u. prices aren't bad either.

Personally i like Aquarium Concepts, definetly worth a look! It's in Hayward so its pretty close. 1 other store i hit the last time down was either Mermaid or Atlantis cant remember but it had some top noth stuff.
