Going to try and play matchmaker....

I think I found a good time to try and pull this off. I'm setting up a new tank (90G) in a couple weeks, I've been thinking about getting a 2nd clown for a while now, and this just seems like a fantastic time to try this and maybe succeed.
Bozo, my current clown is about 3" long, so I think its safe to say, its a she. She's also a bit of a PITA, definitely doesn't like my hand, but plays nice with everyone else in the tank.
My LFS has some 3/4" or so Cinnamons that have been there for a couple weeks now, there's still a few left, I figure I go pick one up tomorrow, run it through the obligatory QT 3 weeks (even though its a tank raised), then put it (I'm gonna name him Krusty) into the 90G first, give him a day or so to run around and find a hiding spot, then add bozo and see if I can get them to atleast play nice if they don't decide to pair. I'm just thinking of putting the little guy in first because if I put Bozo in first, she'll rule the roost in no time and I don't think he'll have a chance. (the theory is she stubles into his terratory, rather than visa versa) But with so much more running room (90 vs 29) I hope they'll be able to live ammacably with eachother and she won't know what to do with all the running room.
I have no anemone at the moment, once I'm up and running for a while, we'll see about adding a BTA. At the moment, my hope is to come out of this with a pair of happy clowns.

I'd put her in first and then introduce Krusty after she's comfortable in the new home.

You want her to rule the roost. It will halp make sure that he submits as quickly and thoroughly as possible.

Well I got him.... he's sound asleep in hypo at the moment... have to see how he does tomorrow, but looking good so far. About 3/4", eating in the store, definitely a little startled when I got home, but seems fine.

Here he is...

I didnt notice until this morning that someone nipped a piece of his tail, so I added some melafix to the water. He picked a little selcon soaked brine this morning... not sure how much he actually ate though. I don't think he has any internal issues .... he pooed and it wasn't stringy or white. I'm just keeping an eye on him. Seems healthy, acting very clownfishish, swimming back and forth, up and down the glass.
