Are there any issues with pairing a white stripe maroon with a gold stripe? I've been looking for a mate for my female white stripe, and my LFS has a juvenile gold stripe that may just be perfect.

Color doesn't matter but in the case of pairing the WSM seem to be more aggressive and therefore should be the female and the GSM should be the male so he immediately submits to her. This is the way most breeders and serious hobbiests do it. But whatever works for you is OK too.
Yes, I've read just about everything I can find on pairing clownfish. My plan is to put the new, juvenile gold stripe into a hang-in breeder placed close to the female's anemone. The juvenile I'm looking at is about half the size of the clown I have right now. She's actually quite docile for a maroon, so I'm pretty hopeful, but we'll see how it goes. Thanks for the info.
