There are 2 sp of goldens in the trade, one Stenopus scutellatus, from florida including the gulf, the caribbean and south to at least northern brazil, , and one from africa, Stenopus zanzibaricus. I've never kept the african one, but I've kept the atlantic one and it is easy to keep, same conditions as coral banded shrimp. They are as reef safe as coral banded, they do eat bristle worms which make good scavengers in your tank, but they wont bother coral or healthy fish (they will scavenge sick and dead fish) and they are smaller and more peaceful then the coral banded shrimp. They are also more nocternal, so you don't see them as much as some of the more bold sp. There are pictures all over the internet, look them up by scientific name and you should have no trouble.
