Gold Nugget Maroon Clownfish from ORA

I understood that they are Maroons but I was wondering if there behavior was different or are they still super aggressive

For certain species, different sub-species from different locations have different temperaments. Different sub-species from different areas can also look different.

It's like different dogs have different looks to them along with different temperaments. :)

Anyways in the case of gold nugget maroons, no. They are as aggressive as any other maroon.

i know your questions been answered already but thought id share some photos I took of the nugget when I saw it at Macna back in Aug... its hard to see in the photo, but the gold was starting to come in, around the eye.. and a few other spots..

I believe these are a gold bar variant right? If this is the case, gold bars tend to be a little less aggressive than their white bar cousins.
