i have a gold stripe maroon clown fish in my 75 gallon and i keep seen he is getting his tail biten by a midas blenny the blenny is also doing the same to a fire fish but not to a couple of wrasses i have. any suggestions i like both and i would like to keep both if possible but im open to suggestions. will the tails of clown and fire fish eventually grow back

thanks

What is the size of the fish involved? How bad is the damage? Yes, tails will generally grow back, if the damage isn't too bad. Usually, a GSM can stand up for itself, but harrassment to a firefish can often result in death.

I had this happen to my maroon. I never knew who did it, but it wasn't surprising as she never made any friends in the tank ;) . I always thought it was the teeny Valentini puffer sneaking up on her in her sleep  Like Kevin said, the firefish is a concern. You might try rearranging the rock or something. Maybe in such a way as to encourage the firefish and blenny to occupy opposite sides of the tank (good luck).
