Gold torch and elegance

I have a gold torch that's doing great. I have an elegance that isn't doing so great. It is closed but not retracting. I'd like to put these two together due to tank conditions but am not sure if they would sting each other. Any thoughts?

How big is your tank? As long as there's plenty of space in between them they should be ok.

Use the search function at the top of the page to look up elegance coral threads, whole lot of info there since they're known to not do well much of the time.

how big the gold torch ? any photos?

Maybe the torch is sending out sweeper tentacles? They are known to be pretty aggressive. Plus Elegance corals being imported currently are weaker than the ones from a decade or more ago.
