Goldflake Angel

I know some of you may not consider Goldflake Angels reef fish but mine is in a mostly SPS tank so thought I'd ask. My Goldflake seems to prefer eating pellets that have fallen to the bottom (on the sand), as opposed to most fish that will only eat when food is floating, is this normal behavior for Goldflakes?

My Goldflake will eat from the water column as well as the sandbed. All my angels will eat from the sandbed if they miss the pellets as they fall.

Given natural feeding behavior for angel fish I would say that it is normal for your angel to prefer food on the bottom of the tank.
