I am on my way to Germany for Interzoo and meetings. I apologize as I know this is inconvenient but I have to go, it is part of my job. I will check in as often as possible. Please try to help each other and above all else, don't freak out. Stay calm, and remember that your aquarium can survive for sometime without a skimmer so long as you make some small water changes and run a bit of carbon, if a flow pump dies, while a lesser pump may not be what you want, it will keep things alive until I get back. No one will be answering our phones at Tunze USA. I have only one employee, he will be receiving and shipping and I can arrange for parts and small orders to be sent in my absence. There is a 7hr time difference and I have a lot of travel time where I will not have internet access so please be patient. This is a work trip for me and I do have a very full schedule so please understand if I take a couple days to respond, I am not deliberately ignoring you.
