Add me to the list of people happy with Premium Aquatics. I've ordered several things from them in the past and have been happy. However, you don't really know how good a vendor is until something bad happens and how they respond. Well...
Last thing I order (test kit) arrived with a broken syringe. I asked Jay if they had any available. He said that he would drop me one in the mail.
Even though it wasn't anything really bad, they still handled the situation well. I was expecting someone to blow me off because it was rinky dink, but that wasn't the case. It just shows they take pride in what they do.
