I currently have a 6000 with single controller in a 36x24x25 sps tank. I was able to buy 6100 and a 7094 for a good price. You think it would be crazy to put both the 6000 and 6100 in there in both back corners pointing at the front center. I will hopefully have them alternate back and forth but not sure on the control on the multi.... Thanks

Is the tank bare bottom? It wouldn't be impossible in a bare bottom tank but some acclimation period for the corals would be necessary- start at low speed.

I was thinking I could make them run at different times maybe with a tiny overlap. I have the 6000 running at full speed than back down to about 40 percent on 3 second interval. I was thinking about not using the full speed on the 6100??? Well it is not totally bare bottom it just has sand to cover the bottom. It does not kick up sand with the 6000.

By the way if this is the same roger I recently sent you back my tunze because the alarm was constantly going off with the cord messed up. It is working great now. Thanks so much!!!!! Mason

Yes, its me. Thanks and I'm glad the pump is working for you. The slowest speed on a 6100 is about equal to the highest on a 6000.
