I just order some live rock last week from Reefer Maddness. There was a little scare with the fed ex service though. It had a delivery date for wed, I had it overnighted. It was supose to get to my house by 12:00. at 12:30 I called fed ex, and they told me there was a hold up and it wold not arive to monday. I tired to explain the problem to the guy on the phone, but he really did not care much. I called Reefer Madness and left a message with them. They were closed for the holiday. The owner Chris called back a short time later from his cell phone and assured me things would be OK. He called back two times that day. He was able to get the package deliverd on friday, he was trying to get it delivered that day with no luck. He did the best he could. The live rock arived fri around noon I opened it up, it seemd ok. Put it in my make-shift curing vat after doing a little clean up. The rock looks great, I'm very happy with it. They also called me back monday to check to make sure everything was OK. They also got me a 96.00 refund from fed ex.
