aqua sd in San Diego. Relly nice selection of frags and owner is very cool.

Aquatic Warehouse in San Diego. Selction of corals can be hit or miss but there new reef system is worth checking out.

Aquatic in San Marcos. Just opened and is probably one of the coolest little fish stores out there.

Go on www.sdreefs.com and check out the fish store forums and sponsers.

-1 on Aqua SD

Be careful when buying fish, I tried to save a twin spot that was starving and it died in one day. My other fish from them had flat worms and ich. Although the prices on fish are good I wouldn't do it again. Amazing corals if you're looking to go broke!

Check out Shipwreck Cove in Encitinas, it's really small but everything is super healthy and the prices are GREAT! Plus he gives you a 1 week guarantee on fish.

LA here. I frequently go to Mark's Tropical Fish in Studio City. Mark's always got a great variety of fish and invertebrates in stock. He sells some corals and clams too although not too much.

Oh... then there's Vivid Aquariums. MY GOD you simply have to see Vivid Aquariums! That place is like a fairly tale come true for aquarists. Try not to bring your wallet with you. :eek2:

If in the riverside area I would stop my Mystic Reef. Tons of coral/frags to pick from. Owner is a pretty cool guy and is willing to make package deals if you buy a few items.
