Good lfs

Depending on what area your in my favorite would probably be Aqua World. Rte 65 Emsworth about 2 miles off I-279. open till 10pm 365 days a year lots of sps if you dont see it ask they might just have it.

If ur in to bubble or hair alge aqua world is a great option. Wet pets on 19 in mcmurray is the nicest with people who are really nice also

Aqua World is a rip off and literally smells. Wet Pets is nice but very expensive...and that's from someone who doesn't mind paying a premium. Dave's Aquastock is the way to go. If he doesn't have it, and his inventory is pretty good, he will get it for you.

WOW.... Haven't been to Aqua World in about 6-9 months maybe even longer but things must be going down hill for them. Almost forgot about Dave's deffinetly a good one.

I have been going to aquaworld alot in the last 6 months, and if anything i thought it was getting a lot better. The algae problems are mainly in the $5 frag tank, but there $5 stuff is what most of the others are charging $20 for. I dont mind dipping my stuff and removing the algae when i get a really good deal

Elmer's in Monroeville is pretty good. Not much rare stuff but they will price match on their dry goods. I don't think they advertise it but the owner told me they would when I bought my tank. They also give you store credit rewards based on how much you spent there in the last six months. WetPets is also good. I think their more expensive on coral but their fish are pretty competitively price IMO. Aquaworld isn't very pretty but they do have cheap frags and A LOT of variety. I've never been to Dave's Aquastock but I've only heard good things about them. I plan on making a trip Wednesday night to pick up an order of bulkheads so we will see. Based on their website their prices seem pretty good.

Elmers in Monroeville is defiantly noteworthy.
They have been revamping the entire store. they remodeled the tanks and every thing they even have a coral section now.

Slate when did they remodel? I was there a few months ago and nothing was changed... Also aquaworld definately has algae issues- as well as majanos. Just make sure you do some maintenance on the frag before you put it into your dt.

Sea horse on Rt 8 - NOT much in the unusual stuff, but they have improved since the owner passed away regarding their customer service and the prices have become more fair, it is still higher than Dave's or online- but not ridiculous like before.

I went by Dave's. Really good store! You can tell when the owner also loves the hobby. Nice people with a good selection of quality corals and fish.

He let me know about the petco $1 gallon sale. I now have a 40b waiting to be drilled.

its been going on the past 3 or 4 weeks or so. They have even upgraded their center display tanks to look alot more "clean" also they are selling larger fish out of the display tanks too which never happeneed before...:fish1:

Wet pets has great/healthy fish selection but coral always seems to be the same old thing every time I go.

check out jerry at slipperyrockcorals.com I have been to his place a few times, he keeps growing.....I think he has the largest selection of any of the stores.......in his basement. sells anything and everything. He is about 10 minutes of the slippery rock exit on 79.

I just had a dealing with Jerry at slipperyrockcorals. He bought a skimmer from me and I did not pack it well enough and it was damaged (see pictures) He contacted me and I sent him my phone number..he called and I said it was my fault and would take care of it. The then emailed me about 5hrs later (on a sat) and said a local fix it guy could repair it for $50. he told me to let him know.I decided I was going to refund his money fix it myself and resell. Jerry then said the guy already fixed it. When I asked how he said he just glued it. I told him that was a little steep for just gluing. He wigged out on me told me to go **** myself

here are all the emails

Jerry:Good news ! There is an Ebay app on my phone. I left you the feedback you deserved

Jerry:Your a retard. Maybe I will just call you at the dealership. It wasn't leaking when I left. Go **** yourself

Me: that I know and said as much yesterday. I just wish you would have waited to have it repaired till you heard back from me on what we were doing...but you have to admit $50 is pretty steep for what he did

Jerry: If this item would have been insured or packed better we wouldn't be in this situation. I can ship it back on Tuesday at your expense and I will eat the $50 expense to fix it. You can refund all the money and I will buy an unbroken skimmer.
