good macroalgae

i was wondering if there is any type of marine plant or macroalgae that will not be eaten by tangs. I want to get some macroalgae for my tank to help suck up my nitrates. I dont have room to a fuge so it will go in my main tank. I have a naso and a yellow tang.

My tang doesn't eat chaeto but others say their tangs do. I guess it would be something you would have to try and see.
