I notice these bristle worms after dark using my red led light. So decided to catch some with my bristle worm trap. I cut up a stocking with krill inside and tied it using fishing line. 
There are a couple of these worms that are atleast 4.5". They dig into the trap but won't let go of their rock.
Are these good or bad bristle worms??
