Captured this crab today. It's about 5 cm. Is it good or bad?

Looks like a stone crab. They get kind of large and can be rather destructive.
Put him in a sump or refugium, or give him to a LFS. He'd make a neat sump pet, especially if he's what I think he is.
I'm not certain, you may want another opinion, but it does look very similar to a preserved young stone crab I have- especially with those black tipped claws.

Thank you. I'm not sure that it's a stone crab, because it's hairy and I think that the stone crab is not .

I get stone and teddy crabs mixed up all the time but it is definitly one of the two. Leaning torwards stone. (Most mithrax are hairy)

Both bad in reef tanks.

Crab sumps are always an option.

My calico keeps my (joke of a) refugium clean.

Admittly.. it's a little too small down there for him.
