Good or bad crab?

Found this in my tank tonight. I'm not sure how long it's been in the tank.

Looks like either a decorator crab (good) or a beetle. Lol

It is very well hidden, but yes, I'd say decorator. Not too harmful at that size, but they do get large and semi-destructive, and the big ones may occasionally snatch fish if very hungry. If you have corals and/or small fish, I'd suggest putting it in a refugium or sump. If you don't have one, find someone who does, decorator crabs are at least fairly desirable.

Thanks all. I saw pics they do get big. I should've caught it when I had the chance. It doesn't get spooked so I can always grab it later.
