they're ok in small numbers but they can become a plague.

Asterina starfish. Most are harmless but some are known to eat corals. Your call if you want to keep it.

 

[Calappidae]

Its an asterina of some kind. I'd say bad, mainly because we don't know what kind it is and there isn't really any way of telling other than the hard way, if you have another tank such as a mantis tank or quarentine then it would make an excellant scavenger.. worst case is it multiplies which bumblebee shrimp, bongo shrimp, and harlequin will make short work of.
