I'm guessing bad.

Might not be bad, they are trying to propigate Aeolids that eat Xenia and GSP for the people who are infested with it. It would be the same thing as buying a aiptasia eating nudi.

You could be sitting on a gold mine.

It looks like he has been eating some colorful zoas too !

I would look for more Nudis and look for eggs. They are usually in a cluster.

That particular variety doesn't eat aiptasia.

There are many species of Aeolid nudibranchs and to my knowledge ony one ( but there are probably more ) eats aiptasia. That would be the berghia.

That doesn't look like a berghia to me.

It is not a Berghia verrucicornis. It is a different species. That one does not eat Aiptasia, but some other cnidaria.

Any place local to get berghia? The last of my peppermints died off and I still have some aptasia. Getting tired of juicing them every few weeks.

I concour with letmegrow. they most definetaly change to the color of the zoo's they are eating, I found atleast six in my tank all around the same time good thing they were bright orange and easy to spot although very very small.

I think the two links did not have enough information to make a persice conclusion. With this in mind I call a truce to this epidemic. I now nominate me to be the united nations of all matters concerning these types of matters. Long live me. :D

The good thing is I got this out of a different tank. The sad thing is I also just add about 3 cups of sand to it out of my main tank, when I was switching tanks over. So now I have no idea if it came out of my main tank or is this something that was in the other tank already.

What do the Eggs look like? This guy stood out and was very easy to see. I have looked and looked in the main tank, and have not seen another one.

All the zoo's seem to be doing very well after the move, but this has me a little worried.
