good or harmless flat worms

So I've posted this on another SW board and hoping to get a second oppinion on these. They are flat worms I found in one of my small tanks. I barely feed that tank as the only thing in there are hermits, snails, and an anemone. I've been told these are the harmless flat worms and have read that they are on some good resources. Now that being said, what are your guys oppinions on these? one thought is they are just another organism to help keep the tank clean and help the mini eco system, another was to get rid of them.... But if they're not "bad" .... yea....

These are acoels. They're mini-grazers and mini-predators on the right size prey items like smaller copepods. Harmless to larger life.

What do you think of red flatworms which are larger than the ones pictured? These red flatworms seem to bask in the light for a living.
