good price on instant ocean salt

The Seahorse is located 4906 Route 8 Allison Park, PA 15101 Its about 1.5 miles south of the Butler Valley turnpike exit on Rt 8.

Hi Kevin, actually Nate took over most of my service jobs so I'm barely an employee anymore! The Seahorse has treated me very well for 12yrs so I'll plug them anytime I can.

Thats funny Kevin, I did think you were responding to me.(although wondered how you knew me from my screen name) Nate told me who you were or I wouldn't have known you from your screen name either. Dave has the game on but I could care less so you guessed right. Dawn
 
isn't the 5 gal bucket only good for 160 gals plus thats an hour drive for me petco will bring it to my door step
 
Its the same price per volume at forty gallons of mix for ten bucks. If your a paid pmasi member the price at seahorse drops to 36 and you support a local fish store that supports the club.

I personally will spend a few dollars more locally to keep local stores in business since petco online can't help you at 7 PM Saturday when your return pump blows out or heater stops working.
 
For us guys north of Pgh or for anyone who might be passing through it should be a no-brainer. But when you have to drive an hour or more it makes more sense to mail order or find a store that is local that will try to match the price.....or come close.

i use lfs for livestock so i do support them i just think i get better prices online with the free delivery on dry goods and as for the blown pump 7 saturday night i keep backups for every vital piece of equipment.when you invest thousands whats another couple hundred
i've bought at seahorse before also,i'm probably the only person who can say their powder blue tang got a great motorcycle ride out of that store.been a few years back though
 
I was just adding to the good information you provided.

There are times when its just doesnt work out to go local. I didnt mean anything else by that except I recalled from being in seahorse last week they still had the sale going.
