Good quality flake food

This time of year I take a lot of weekend trips with my sister's family to their ski house upstate. I bought an automatic feeder to feed my fish when I'm gone. I only feed frozen live food when I'm home. I do have NLS pellets and some shrimp pellets (forgot the brand) to put in the feeder, but the fish don't touch them, so now I'm looking for a good quality flake food. So many to choose from...any suggestions?

I use Ocean Nutrition Formula Two Flakes. My Clownfish love them, but that's not saying much.

My fish seem to prefer sea chem nutridiet marine. I've tried quite a few and this is the only one my fish will eat. Its trial and error in my opinion. Buy a small batch of each and see what they will eat.

I try to mix some pellets and flakes into routine feedings so it isn't a shock if I go away for a week. My fish will eat just about everything BUT the nls that everyone else has such luck with. Dunno, maybe they don't like garlic. Like others said just try a few until you hit the right one.

I wanted to point out that clowns can get an issue from eating at the surface too much, so I think with auto-feeders you're supposed to use a ring attachment to get the food to sink instead of floating all over the surface. It's something about clowns gulping air. You can DIY a ring easy out of a soda bottle.
