Today I received my order and parts of my Turboflotor 1000 I ordered were missing. The pump, so I called... He said the rio2100's had been out of stock and I should have been notified via e-mail that they were. I was not notified, but because there was a mistake I was able to get the pump (now in stock) next day air to my house.
