Good worm or bad worm

Found this guy in my tank. Is this a good worm or bad worm? He/she is right in the middle of the picture half way out of the rock.

Drag your finger across duct tape to pull out as many bristles as you can get then put your hand in vinegar. Gets rid of the pain in a few minutes.

I prefer lemon juice. Vinegar stinks!

good worm...I have many. Just be careful to not touch them!
