Good worm or bad worm?

I have these guys all over my tank, especially in my overflow...
Is this a good worm for my tank or a bad worm? I have corals, reef, fish, etc... don't want anything getting hurt

becareful, they sting if you brush up against them.

pic is blurry but looks like bristle worm, they are good guys, lots of ppl dont like them cause theyre "icky" or "gross" lol, but they are an important part of the CUC, they get in places no one else can

Yep, shoulda checked this a little earlier guys..
My hands been burning/itching all afternoon after grabbing these guys... haha DANGIT!
