Necroing this thread to say thanks to areucrazy for taking him and watching over him those few years. Mantis of his species usually only live a few years (that we know of) and he was already a year old or more when she took him for me.

My custom display cracked when I moved, hence my long departure. However now I'm getting back in slowly, rebuying allll the damn equipment this hobby needs. Ugh. Starting with a 29 biocube and a remora skimmer for now. Just put water in it on monday. Chances of making it another mantis tank are high, especially after rewatching all her videos she posted for me.

Hopefully some of you same peeps are still around. 8 years is a long time in this hobby to be gone. haha.

FB took most of the traffic, plus a few other forums. too difficult to be in 2-3 pages. unfortunately, most newbie "hang out" there and most old-timers have moved or left the hobby :/ I'm here time to time
