I just found out 1 or 2 of my green mandarins are taking in cyclopeeze granuals... I am in the process of using the MELEV mandarin feeding trick. ( HOPES this works with em' )

2nd good news is that I just found out my large pair of Dragon Sand Sifting gobies have spawned and have tons of eggs. The large female has been staying around em' constantly fanning the eggs to make sure the get airation and cleared out the sand around that area down to the tank surface... ahahahah

that is the second time I was able to get them to spawn, too bad I don't have the ability, time, money to support the babies to grow
:mixed:

If I had a way better cam , I'm sure I would be able to pic up the eggs in focus.. but our sony 6.1 wouldnt... =(

just hope the huge ampipods don't eat them as they are eating my zoo's

congrats delsol.
i am trying to get my mandarin to eat prepared food but no luck for me :( would you mind sharing your method in detail. i would love to have my mandarin eat cyclopeeze as well.
so do you put cyclo in a glass jar and put it in the tank?

again. awesome. and pictures plz.

Actually, I just fed enough to get some to float down around him... he decided to much on them... I am doing the jar thing now.. haven't seen them eat it yet... my huge pink spot watchman ate everthing the first time...

thats cool. i tried the same trick. the food floats down to where the madarin is gets ignored :( how big is your manadrin? mine is 3" so its already an adult, maybe its too set in its ways :)

Here are the pics... the eggs are right on top of her...
